- Aluminum components are selected from the Cosmo series with black frames and double glazing, providing the best sound insulation, suitable in terms of model and size for the project.

WATER TANKS

- The water tanks of the units are made of antibacterial PVC.
- All units have underground water tanks with a capacity of 3 tons and an extra 1-ton tank on the roof.
- Underground rooms are constructed to protect the tanks from the sun and other environmental effects.

BATHROOM-WC EQUIPMENT

- All bathroom and WC equipment (shower cabins, soap dishes, paper holders) will be renewed.

SWIMMING POOL (Optional) - £15,000 extra

- The swimming pool is approximately 5m x 15m in size.
- There is a machine room and a balance tank that can hold 10% of the pool's capacity.
- There will be an open shower next to the pool.
