Located on the beautiful coastline of Gaziveren Bay, the studio is our largest project to date, consisting of 604 units consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It will become one of the largest and most advanced wellness and anti-aging centers in the Mediterranean, offering comprehensive treatments, facilities and services focused on health and longevity.

The project will offer hotel-like facilities and services:

Well-groomed beach, outdoor swimming pools, well-equipped modern gym, yoga and meditation suites, wellness and SPA: sauna, steam room, hammam, jacuzzi and massage therapy, indoor heated swimming pool, cryo-sauna, functional medicine center, beauty and anti-aging center, check-up center, landscaped park and gardens, surf and water sports club, restaurants.
